SBAlliance Capital is licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer the SBA 504 loan program. Under this program, SBAlliance Capital provides long-term financing to small businesses for real estate acquisitions, construction, and equipment purchases. SBAlliance Capital processes, closes, and services the 504 loans.
