SBAlliance Capital is a non-profit Certified Development Company, working to assist entrepreneurs in creating wealth and promoting the growth and development of new businesses. We also aid in diversifying the economy to broaden the tax base and create new opportunities for local investment.
SBAlliance Capital is licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration to offer the SBA 504 loan program. Under this program, SBAlliance Capital provides long-term financing to small businesses for real estate acquisitions, construction, and equipment purchases. SBAlliance Capital processes, closes, and services the 504 loans.
SBAlliance Capital is dedicated to stimulating and increasing business investment not only in and around the Beaumont area, but the entire state of Texas.
